Health & Safety

The industry we work in brings many hazards and with that we ensure we comply with all industry standards and regulations to enable a safe working environment for all our team and clients.

Our commitment to Health & Safety is second to none where we have achieved recognition for this commitment by being awarded many Health & Safety accreditations. We are externally audited regularly on our Health & Safety and systems that we have in place, this show clients our ability to control this aspect of the business and recognize that this is of paramount importance, not only to Summit Electrical but to all our clients.

Our sites are regularly inspected by our Health & Safety team with an audit schedule produced for each site and project. Regular toolbox talks are carried out by our site team to ensure that all operatives are reminded of their duties towards Health and Safety.

Our site teams are led by Site Supervisors that have the relevant credentials (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme - SSSTS) to control and manage on site Health & Safety matters and encourage others to recognize the importance of such systems. Our Contracts Management team are accredited with Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) which further highlights our commitment to Health & Safety.
